About American Spirit Elite

American Spirit Elite evolved from the City of Altamonte Springs recreational cheer program that was eliminated due to budget cuts. The Altamonte Springs Eagles began in 2002 and made a great lead-way for recreational competition teams. Kim and Nickie took over the program as American Spirit Elite in 2006 and continued the ASE spirit. In 2008 we acquired our own gym space where we now offer tumbling classes and summer camps in addition to our competition teams.

Our mission is to lead by example, providing a positive environment for all who participate in our program, while teaching the fundamentals of cheerleading and dance. We promise to promote enthusiasm for the sport and teach good sportsmanship to all.
